This new portal will allow you to quickly and easily submit your requests for website maintenance, improvements, and additions. The Client Services team vetted many different helpdesk solutions, and we are confident this will provide a more responsive, transparent, and organized experience.

I normally email clientservices@imarc.com, what now?
Not to worry! Emailing (or cc-ing) clientservices@imarc.com still notifies the Client Services team, and we can send a response right back to your inbox.
But here’s what’s better. . . You can now create a login to the Service Portal and file a request directly.
This gives you visibility into:
Who is tracking your request;
Progress status updates;
Consolidated, searchable history of previous open or closed requests;
The ability to CC others in your organization.
Is this a chatbot or automated system?
No way! As always, the clientservices@imarc.com email, and now the Service Portal, gives you direct access to a real person here who will assist you.
