The situation
The Vascular Care Group has state-of-the-art office-based labs and nationally accredited vein centers throughout New England. Like traditional hospital-based vascular care practices, they offer the highest quality care, but unlike the typical medical model, theirs is more affordable and convenient. In essence, the vascular care their board-certified physicians and team members provide is patient-first.
The challenge
For several years, The Vascular Care Group has been growing their footprint and brand in New England by opening additional locations, recruiting the best talent in the industry, partnering with area hospitals, and providing leading outpatient vascular care. However, their first website didn’t fully showcase why patients should believe in their care model and ultimately, trust them with their wellbeing.
After initially partnering with Imarc on their performance marketing, we were the natural choice to build them a better website.
The solution
Well before beginning to build, Imarc produced an in-depth UX and content audit and a revised sitemap focused on a stronger user journey. After that was approved, our Creative and Strategy team members worked to refine the flow and re-organize the content.
Next, our Engineering team created a detailed Functional Requirement Document from which we coded custom modules so that our Creative team could make visual compositions.
With improved visuals, fresh layouts, and optimized functionality, the site now offers a superior user experience.
The results
Since its launch at the end of January 2024, wins are already being recognized. But beyond that, The Vascular Care Group team is getting great feedback about the look and feel of their revitalized website.
The future
With nine (soon to be 10) locations in three New England states and talented clinicians joining every day, we look forward to watching The Vascular Care Group grow.
